Preservation food is an ancient method. As per scientific word it’s a process of prevention of decay of food rather to store in a fit condition for future use. The main importance of food preservation is to fulfill the demand of the people. Another side is, in starvation time all people can utilize the preserved food for their demand.  Its increases the self life of the food, we can get all seasonal food every time, adding a sweet taste, improvement of nutritational population etc. There are many substances are there which helps to preserve the food like microbs, chemicals, alcohol, vinegar, salt, sugar etc. It’s nothing but a process of a irradiation and chemical additives. Its decreases all the cost of production and fulfill all the demands of the people.
